Study Abroad students and students registered in 100% Fully Online Programs will automatically receive a waiver for the fees. These waivers will not be done by student petition. In addition to the above-referenced fees, students enrolled in individual or group lessons at Blair are charged an instruction fee for the lesson. Music fees are not refundable if the course is dropped after the Change Period. Instruction fees are subject to change without notice. Those fees will be set in early May and are posted in the Schedule of Courses.

Rates for tuition and fees are set annually each year by the Board of Trust and are subject to change without notices. Tuition, fees and all other university charges must be paid no later than their respective due dates in order to prevent late payment penalties. In the event of nonpayment by the due date, students may also be excluded from classes and other university activities.

Students who withdraw from the university for any reason after the beginning of a term may be entitled to a partial refund in accordance with a schedule provided by the Office of Student Accounts. For details on the refund schedule, please visit the Office of Student Accounts.

Music fees are not refundable if the course is dropped after the Change Period.

Students who would like to continue enrollment during the summer terms should contact the Office of Student Financial Aid to inquire about student loan eligibility. A student will be considered for need-based grant assistance if the student is required by his or her school to attend summer school or will be able to graduate early by attending one summer term. Visiting or transient students are not eligible to receive Vanderbilt institutional or federal financial assistance. DUS students do not qualify for financial aid from Vanderbilt.

Vanderbilt students may receive additional information by contacting the Office of Student Financial Aid, 2309 West End Avenue, Nashville, Tennessee 37203. Telephone: (615) 322-3591 Email: finaid@vanderbilt.edu.
