The fee is charged every semester to all undergraduate students in the School of Engineering and helps ensure that these special resources are ready for students regardless of when they might specifically use them.

Engineering Convening Fee

The Engineering on-campus convening program takes place on campus over a weekend in September (Friday night, Saturday and Sunday half day). This provides an opportunity for online students to partake in a campus experience where they meet with their classmates and faculty, network with other grad students, and have an in-person experience as part of the online programs. Activities will include but are not limited to seminars, guest speakers, faculty lectures, group or individual projects, a campus tour and a networking reception.
