Vanderbilt University Real Estate (VURE) supports campus growth and departmental needs through strategic land acquisitions and management of over one million square feet of commercial and multifamily properties. It oversees leasing operations for Vanderbilt University and VUMC, provides housing for faculty, students, and staff, and plays a key role in implementing the FutureVU land use plan. VURE also manages partnerships and properties like the Vanderbilt Legends Club and Holiday Inn Vanderbilt.
