UPDATES
Lot 18 closes, Lot 16 reopens
Lot 18, located at the corner of 24th Avenue South and Garland Avenue, will close Sunday, March 8 until June 2026. To make an equal amount of spots available in the area, lot 16, located next to the Studio Arts building along Garland Avenue, will reopen.
COMMONS CONSTRUCTION UPDATE (2/23)
Starting the week of March 23 the site on Wyatt Lawn will expand to work on underground utilities. This work will include louder than normal noise due to rock hammering and a hyrodvac truck.

Location: Peabody Campus
Dates and Times: March 28 from 7 am to 5 pm.
Buildings Affected: Hank Ingram, Dean Residence, Murray, Sutherland, Crawford, Stambaugh, Gillette, Education Library, One Magnolia, Peabody Administration, North Hall, West Hall, Wyatt, East Hall, Memorial, Jessup, Peabody Maintenance, and Hobbs.

REMINDERS
- Construction at Stevenson Center 6 is underway.
As part of the Central Neighborhood construction project, Vanderbilt Place remains closed between lot 21 and 24th Avenue South. 24th Avenue South is now open to two-way traffic.
Construction at the new Martha Rivers Ingram Residential College, located on the Peabody campus, started construction on Monday, Dec. 15. Due to this work, lot 90 is permanently closed. Those in the area may experience louder than normal construction noise and vibrations.
