West End Tower

Located adjacent to the Nicholas S. Zeppos College at Vanderbilt University, the West End Tower is a new addition to the midtown Nashville skyline. Completed in 2021, the 20-story landmark structure features a distinctive collegiate gothic architectural style, matching Vanderbilt’s newly-constructed West End Residential Colleges.

Designed to host visiting faculty members and other distinguished university guests, the West End Tower features 17 well-appointed apartments, study areas, and executive meeting spaces. West End Tower is located at 2417 West End Ave. at the corner of 25th and West End Avenues, allowing guests to easily access Vanderbilt’s park-like campus and the surrounding neighborhood.

  • Full 2 Bedroom – 2-bedroom apartment with island kitchen and breakfast bar, 4 burner range with full oven, dishwasher, washer and dryer and full tub 

Customize your stay at the West End Tower by choosing one of our fully-furnished studio, one bedroom, or two-bedroom residences. Each room has a unique style and design, featuring exclusive views of Music City and Vanderbilt University.

Guests have access to our complimentary self-service laundry, and executive lounge. In addition, all residences include towels and linens, a microwave, coffeemaker, hairdryer, and bath amenities. Housekeeping services, including towel and linen refreshment, are provided twice weekly for extended stay guests.

Parking options are available for guests who require overnight accommodations. Parking is $15/day. Non-permitted parking is subject to towing at owner expense.
