West End Tower host meetings, special events, and can even accommodate any internal Vanderbilt guest. Please note that West End Tower cannot host any event larger than 40 attendees. To inquire about a site tour, to see West End Tower’s meeting spaces, please compete our site tour request form here.
Meeting/Conference Rental
The West End Tower’s meeting spaces offers guests exceptional views of Vanderbilt University and Downtown Nashville with two options to host your next gathering. Meeting/conference rentals include just the meeting space. Food and beverage can be provided through West End Tower’s exclusive catering team, VU Catering. Parking for events is located at the 2525 Garage on Kensington Place. Unfortunately, West End Tower does not offer overnight event parking.
