VANDERBILT UNIVERSITY SUPPORT AND RESOURCE INFORMATION

Vanderbilt University seeks to maintain a safe and healthy environment for all community members. We take reports of discrimination and harassment seriously, and how we respond depends on, among other things, the facts, and circumstances of the specific incident, to whom it was reported, and the University's obligations under applicable federal and state laws. The policies governing our investigative and adjudication processes may be found on our website at vanderbilt.edu/eoa. Regardless of whether the Equal Opportunity & Access Office (EOA) conducts an investigation, we offer support and a number of resources for students impacted by discrimination and harassment. Information about support services and resources is outlined in more detail below and can also be obtained from the Equal Opportunity & Access Office.

A student may file a complaint/make a report with VUPD, the EOA Office, or both, and the criminal and EOA processes may occur simultaneously.
