      • SBGrid Software Installer, BioGrids, AppCiter, SBGrid TV and SBGrid Data Bank
      • Learn how to deploy SBGrid applications on personal computers, HPC clusters and in AWS
    • Science with SBGrid – Shaun Rawson and Pete Meyer
      • SBGrid in support of CryoEM
      • SBGrid in support of small-molecule docking and structure prediction
  • 12:30 pm – 1:30 pm ~ Lunch

Box lunch available for registered lecture attendees

  • 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm ~ Practical lab

Following the lecture session, a limited number of registered attendees will participate in a 2-hour practical lab to complete structural biology tutorials using SBGrid software. Registration for the practical lab will open soon.
