How do I print or save a Discussion Thread?

There may be an occasion where you would like to print a discussion thread onto paper, or save it as a file for future reference. First you will need to switch your discussion to Reader View. Once you have done that, you will be able to print or save a thread.

Step 1: Switch to Reader View

1. Go to your main Discussions List
2. Click the blue Settings gear icon on the top right
3. Change your default view from Grid View to Reader View
4. Save your changes

Step 2: Print or Save the discussion thread

1. Click on a Discussion topic to open it
2. Click on a specific Thread
3. Print the page from your browser. This might be from a drop-down menu at the top of your screen, or you could right-click on your webpage and select print or “save as PDF”.
