The paint shop is responsible for all campus painting, plaster and drywall repairs, and wood staining and finishing. Typically, common areas are painted every five years (one zone per year). More frequent requests for painting, or requests in certain buildings that have been declared "fee-for-service," require a work order request. You can make this request by filling out a facilities service request.
