Main campus elevator maintenance, repairs, and emergency response services are provided on a 24 hour a day basis by Nashville Machine under a service contract.
 
To report an elevator malfunction, please contact Building Systems Control (BSC) at 3-WORK, 4-WORK or by email plantops_bsc@vanderbilt.edu and report the building name and elevator number (normally found around the elevator opening). Be sure to let them know if anyone is trapped in the elevator or there are any injuries. 

Non-emergency maintenance requests should be made via ReADY.
