Office Manager
Kylie Greer serves as office manager for both the Division of Government and Community Relations and the Division of Marketing and Communications. In this dual role, Greer provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to both teams, helping to advance strategic projects that enhance the university’s engagement with government partners, community stakeholders and broader audiences.
Before joining Vanderbilt, Greer served as operations manager at Amplify Research Partners, where she oversaw internal operations and supported cross-functional project delivery. Earlier in her career, she worked as an Event Coordinator at Wente Vineyards, managing a wide range of corporate and private events, with responsibilities including logistics, vendor coordination and client relations. Greer also served as Assistant to the Human Resources Director at Bluewater Environmental Services.
Greer holds dual bachelor’s degrees in government with an emphasis in legal studies and in business administration from Grand Canyon University. While at GCU, she volunteered with the Learning Lounge program, supporting local elementary, middle and high school students by providing after-school tutoring and creating a positive learning environment.
