Athena Online Web Library

The Mission of the Architectural Records Library

The Office of Architectural Records Library provides a centralized research environment for architects, contractors, engineers, project managers, faculty, staff, students, and support personnel. It offers current and accurate facility information, including documents from the 1870s.

All documents prior to 2001 were scanned and logged into the database, with originals stored in secure vaults. Customers can browse printed documents (18×24″) in the library or access drawings online through Athena Online Library. Authorized users may request specific project information.

Note:

  • Access to the Athena Online Library requires authorization.

  • All requested information from the Architectural Records Library shall be field verified by the requester.

  • Archived boxes can only be reviewed in person at the Baker Building with a scheduled appointment.
