Research interests include analyzing MRI data by employing spatio-temporal models, developing methods to properly take into account multiple comparisons in high-dimensional data analysis, and developing Bayesian hierarchical models for multi-modal MRI data analysis. Current projects include developing a GPU (Graphics Processing Unit)-enhanced Gaussian Process that can dramatically speed up computing time (completing processes up to 240 times faster than older methods) for autism research.
