I use behavioral, electrophysiological (ERPs and EEG oscillations), and brain stimulation (tDCS) methods to study the psychological and neural mechanisms of attention and perception. My research is focused on the executive control of visual attention. The main lines of my work include: (1) the role of working memory and long-term memory in guiding attention, (2) the monitoring of action and action outcomes, (3) attention-reward interactions, and (4) attentional control dysfunction in schizophrenia.
