The Ebrish Electron Devices Group (EEDG) focuses on heterogeneously integrating emerging materials, such as 2D materials and wide-bandgap semiconductors, with Si-CMOS chips to unlock unprecedented capabilities for the Internet of Things (IoT) and beyond. EEDG investigates the interfacial properties of these materials to enhance device performance, enabling applications ranging from power electronics to sensing in harsh environments.
