Why did you choose to attend Vanderbilt?

I chose to attend Vanderbilt because of the incredible academics and family atmosphere that it presents.

What are your career goals?
I want to have a long, successful career in the Major Leagues. It has been a dream of mine since I was a little kid, and I am still pursuing it.

What does it take to be academically successful at Vanderbilt?
In order to be successful academically here, you have to stay on top of your work. If you are always ahead, then you will be much more organized when it comes to tests, papers, and projects.

How do you manage your demanding schedule?
I put first things first. I have my priorities, and I try to cut out all of the excess stuff that does not matter.

What is your ritual before taking a test?
I do not have a ritual for tests.

What is your favorite quote?
“Success means having the courage, the determination, and the will to become the person you believe you were meant to be.” – George Sheehan
