Each semester, Student Access closes the typical exam scheduling system in our Commodore Access Portal two weeks before the final exam period. Use the form below to make a late finals request with Student Access. Submissions will be reviewed in the order that they are received. Due to this being a late request, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate your exam at your requested time and date.
