Grace Martinez, she/her, Access Specialist (Case Load: Undergraduate Students, Last Names A-F): Grace educates students on the process for accessing their accommodations, as well as the self-advocacy required in the higher education setting. She also coordinates the note taker program for students. Grace is a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University, where she received a B.A. in Foreign Language and Literature and a B.B.A. in Marketing. Prior to joining Vanderbilt, Grace served as Administrative Assistant of Disability Services at MTSU supporting faculty, staff, and students with disabilities.
Gabrielle Lewis-Hardwick, she/her, Access Specialist (Case Load: Undergraduate Students, Last Names M-R): Gabrielle educates students on the process for accessing their accommodations, as well as supports these students throughout their academic career, and self-advocacy required in the higher education setting at Vanderbilt University. Gabrielle earned her Bachelor of Arts in History with a minor in Africana Studies and her Master of Arts in Teaching, with a concentration in Special Education, General Curriculum from the University of West Georgia. Prior to joining Vanderbilt, Gabrielle served as an Interrelated Teacher in Atlanta, GA supporting students with intellectual and learning disabilities in the general education classroom.
Becca Bormann, she/her, Access Specialist (Case Load: School of Nursing, School of Medicine, Peabody College): Becca educates students on the process for accessing their accommodations, as well as supports these students throughout their academic career at Vanderbilt University. Becca earned her Bachelor of Music in Music Education from Belmont University and her Master’s of Education in Higher Education and Student Affairs Administration from the University of South Carolina. Prior to joining Vanderbilt, Becca served as the Graduate Assistant for the Student Disability Resource Center at the University of South Carolina facilitating the accommodation process to provide access and support to students with disabilities, faculty, and staff.
Dan Borrelli, he/him, Access Specialist (Case Load: Undergraduate Students, Last Names G-L): Dan determines accommodations and educates and supports undergraduate students students throughout their time at Vanderbilt. Dan served as the Office Manager at Student Access for two years before starting as an Access Specialist. He earned his B.A. in Communication at Truman State University, and is currently completing a Master of Education in Higher Education Administration through Peabody College.
