For NIH proposals submitted on or after January 25, 2026, Biographical Sketches and Current & Pending (Other) Support document must be prepared using SciENcv.
As of January 25, 2026, NIH requires all Senior/Key Personnel to have an ORCID iD linked to their eRA Commons Personal Profile for applications, Just-in-Time (JIT), RPPRs, and prior approvals using the NIH Common Forms.
For all NSF proposals submitted or due after October 23, 2023, Biographical Sketches and Current & Pending Support documents must be prepared using SciENcv.
