Independent experiences are logged when done completely part from other programs (i.e. an internship, research, independent international opportunity, or community/civic engagement work). Experiences done through tagged classes, cohorts run by VU faculty and staff, Vanderbilt approved Study Abroad programs, and pre-approved programs of study are tracked through enrollment and by mentors.
This form provides information detailing the plan to complete culminating projects and requires the approval of the student's Immersion Vanderbilt faculty adviser. Students whose projects are more than one month away from being completed should submit this form when their project and Immersion faculty adviser have been identified.
Required for all undergraduate students, regardless of enrollment in pre-approved majors, minors and programs of study, this form requires Immersion Vanderbilt faculty adviser review. Once approved, this completes the Immersion Vanderbilt requirement.
