In this program, facilitated by IFSA-Butler, students enroll directly in the University of Queensland, a large, comprehensive, research-intensive institution of international standing. Courses are offered in over 400 programs. Students are housed in shared apartments located in South Bank, 20 minutes from campus. Brisbane, the third largest city in Australia, offers 283 days of sunshine each year. Close by, students can travel to many national parks, beaches, rainforests. Students also are close to the Gold Coast, also known as "surfer's paradise," with its miles of beaches and outdoor activities.
