In this program, which is facilitated by IFSA-Butler, students enroll directly in the National University of Ireland, Galway (NUI), and are housed in modern student apartments within walking distance of campus. NUI is located in Galway, a city that offers a small-town feel alongside a vibrant and diverse population. Students who enroll in the program may take classes in a variety of subject areas including arts, commerce, engineering, or sciences. Courses are also available in Irish language as well as Celtic civilzation. NUI Galway also offers special opportunities to visiting students including classes in indigenous arts, service learning, or Irish theater to visiting students.
