Coursera Courses

Vanderbilt faculty have developed several new courses in Generative AI that are accessible to learners everywhere. Below you can find a list of courses designed and launched by Vanderbilt faculty.

Vanderbilt faculty, staff, and students have access to Coursera offerings free of charge. To enroll and earn credentials for free, be sure to create an account and login using your Vanderbilt email address.

Vanderbilt Courses

Students at Vanderbilt can enroll in several courses as part of the College of Arts and Science Grand Challenge Initiative. More information and a list of courses can be found on their website.

Workshops

The Data Science Institute and the Initiative on the Future of Learning & Generative AI offer workshops for students, faculty, and staff to learn new and exciting tools.

The Institute for the Advancement of Higher Education (AdvancED) (formerly the Center for Teaching and the Office of Digital Education) is another great resource for faculty, instructors, and graduate students to engage in learning opportunities.

  1. To enroll and earn Coursera credentials for free, Vanderbilt faculty, staff, and students should create an account and login using their Vanderbilt email address.

    You will be directed to the SSO log-in page

    If you have logged in and used Coursera with your Vanderbilt email before, select "I'm an existing Coursera user". Enter your previously set password to prove you are the owner of the existing account.

    If you have not logged in and used Coursera with your Vanderbilt email before, click "Join Program" if you see the modal.

    If you are a new user, select "I'm a new Coursera user"
    Create an account using your Vanderbilt email address

    Once you have setup your account, this link will direct you to log-in using SSO.
