2025-26 Formal Grievance Protocol
The Formal Grievance Protocol (“FGP”) is a part of Vanderbilt University’s (“Vanderbilt”) Sexual
Misconduct Policy. The FGP addresses allegations of certain types of sexual misconduct as
defined in accordance with the Title IX Regulations (34 C.F.R. Part 106) and the processes for

This policy permits the use of Electric Personal Transportation Vehicles (EPTVs) used as Other Power-Driven Mobility Devices (OPDMDs) by individuals with disabilities, provided the lithium-ion batteries meet safety standards and the devices are properly stored and charged only in the individual’s assigned residential facility.
