Important Announcement Pertaining to the Notice of Class Action Settlement and Fairness Hearing for Participants in the Vanderbilt University Retirement Plan:  You may have previously received a notice in late August, 2019, indicating that you are a Former Participant in the Vanderbilt University Retirement Plan.  You should expect to receive email communication from the Settlement Administrator very soon to confirm your status as a Current Participant and to inform you that your settlement distribution will be deposited automatically into your account in the Vanderbilt University Retirement Plan or in the Vanderbilt University Medical Center Retirement Plan, depending upon who currently employs you.  As a Current Participant, you do not need to submit a claim form to receive a settlement distribution. If you have already submitted a claim form, you do not need to take any further action—you will still receive your settlement distribution automatically. Please note that the amount of your settlement distribution is not affected and does not depend upon whether you are a Current or Former Participant, or which notice you previously received.  For more information, please contact the Settlement Administrator directly at 1-855-930-1070 or visit
