Vanderbilt employees who have a work-related injury or illness may be entitled to benefits under the Tennessee Workers' Compensation Act. An employee may be eligible for both medical and weekly disability benefits for compensable injuries or illnesses pursuant to this law. Risk and Insurance Management receives and processes claims under this Act.
