Christy Passmore, Executive Director

Christy Passmore is a nineteen year veteran in development at Vanderbilt University. Her most recent leadership assignment was in conjunction with the Shape the Future Campaign toward a $1.75 billion goal. Prior, she was the lead fund raiser on the $50 million campaign that was initiated to build the new Children’s Hospital (1998-2001). In the fiscal year completed June 30, 2009 and as Interim Executive Director, she led the Athletics Development team to their most successful fundraising year of the last five.
Lucy Jones, Senior Director

Lucy Jones has worked in Vanderbilt Athletics for 26 years. She was ticket manager for 14 years and Executive Director of the NCC for four and a half years. She worked part time for three and a half years as a special events coordinator. She has been married to Doug Jones for 42 years and they have two sons, Jody and Dewayne, who are both VU graduates and local dentists. Lucy and Doug have four grandchildren: Austin, Hannah, Ashton and Trevor. Lucy enjoys golfing and is an incredible cook.
Cal Cook, Director of Major Gifts

Cal has worked in the athletic department since August of 2001 when he started in the athletic marketing office. After a quick stint there he moved on to the Vanderbilt ticket office. Cal started with the National Commodore Club in 2003. He received his undergraduate degree and a master’s degree in Sports Administration from Belmont University where he currently serves as an adjunct instructor for the fundraising class. He is a competitive tennis player and loves to play golf. Cal and his wife Cande have a son named Cooper.
John Erck, Director of Major Gifts

John started with Vanderbilt Athletics in August of 2006. He came to Vanderbilt from the University of North Carolina where he was Assistant Director of Membership for the Rams Club. Prior to UNC, he worked as a producer for Sportvision, Inc. John is a graduate of the University of Kansas and has a Masters in Sport Administration from UNC. He and his wife, Erica, have a son, Jack, and daughter, Ava. The Ercks are expecting their third child, a girl in April 2009.
Robin Langlois, Member Services Coordinator

Robin has been with the National Commodore Club and Vanderbilt Athletics since 1998. She oversees parking and tickets for NCC members along with coordinating Football Suites, Basketball Suites and NCC events. A Nashville native, she attended Middle Tennessee State University. She and her husband Mark have two sons, Jeremy a graduate of Vanderbilt Law School and Wes, a graduate of Belmont’s Music Business program. Jeremy and his wife Lora have two little girls, Elizabeth and Catherine.
Michelle Parks, Administrative Assistant

Michelle came to the Commodore Club in December of ʽ08. Previously she worked as the Administrative Assistant to the production staff at Steelroots in Charlotte, North Carolina. She and her husband Greg are sport enthusiasts who enjoy attending events in and around the Nashville area, including Vanderbilt athletics.
