JILLIAN DANKER JOINS ATHLETES IN ACTION TEAM 5/24/02

Former Vanderbilt Commodore Jillian Danker has joined the Athletes in Action womenıs basketball team which will tour Spain June 9-23. The team consists of NCAA Division I or II players and AIA tour alumni. The team will train near Cincinnati before traveling to Barcelona to play the top club teams and possibly, the Junior. and/or Senior National teams in Spain.

Danker played in a school record 132 games as a Commodore and averaged 8.6 points and 3.9 rebounds a game in her career. She ranks 17th on the Vanderbilt all-time scoring list with 1,134 points and is fifth in 3-pointers made (158) and 3-pointers attempted (387).
