Vanderbilt advanced to the championship of the First Tennessee Classic with a 75-40 victory over Wagner Saturday at Memorial Gym. Junior center Chantelle Anderson led a balanced Commodore attack with 13 points. Jenni Benningfield (12 points), Zuzi Klimesova (11 points) and Ashley McElhiney (10 points) also scored in double figures for Vanderbilt. The Commodores improved to 5-1 with the win, while Wagner fell to 0-2. The Commodores will play Dartmouth in Sunday's championship game at approximately 4 pm. The Big Green defeated Indiana State 80-68 earlier in the day. The Consolation game is scheduled for 2:00 p.m. with the championship game to follow 30 minutes afterwards.

"After shooting so well the other night (school record at WKU), we struggled offensively tonight. We're an inside/outside team and in the first half we were an outside/inside team."
