Sebastian Flores is a Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Chemistry, working under the mentorship of Dr. Sandra J. Rosenthal. His research focuses on the synthesis of novel semiconductor nanomaterials and the characterization of their properties using advanced techniques such as electron microscopy, UV-Vis spectroscopy, fluorimetry, and ultrafast upconversion spectroscopy.
