Overview

Christina is a 3rd year PhD student in the Department of Chemistry, studying under the direction of Drs. Jens Meiler and Kaitlyn Ledwitch. Her research interests include computational and structural biology evaluating the structural basis of oncogenic mutations of membrane proteins EGFR and HER2 from the receptor tyrosine kinase family with biophysical techniques.

Christina is grateful for the opportunity to serve her community as a Nashville native, passing along scientific inspiration and teaching. This is Christina’s third year participating as a VINSE NanoGuide.
