Overview

Parylene Coater
Metal film DC-sputtered with the AJA ATC-2200, patterned with the Suss MA-6 mask aligner, and insulated with Parylene-C using the SCS Labcoter 3. Fabricated in the VINSE cleanroom. (Daniel Woods, Daniel Gonzales group)

The Labcoter® 3 Parylene deposition system performs reliable and repeatable application of parylene biocompatible, conformal coatings. Parylenes can be applied to components such as circuit boards, sensors, wafers, medical devices, MEMS, and 3D-printed parts.
