VINSE has implemented a real-time safety monitoring system in the VINSE Cleanroom. This system displays a live roster of individuals currently inside the Cleanroom-visible from both within the lab and the Pregown area. Utilizing the barcodes on the back of existing user nametags, the system allows users to scan in upon entry. Their names will automatically appear on digital displays in both locations. To enhance clarity and usability, Tech Crew and Staff are color-coded and listed in a separate column for quick identification. Upon exiting the lab, users simply scan their barcode again to remove their name from the display. This enhancement adds a critical layer of safety by making it easy to confirm who is present in the lab at any given time-supporting proper buddy protocols and aiding staff in emergency response or evacuation scenarios.
