This program provides middle school science teachers with hands-on lesson kits each semester, along with summer training sessions held every July to walk through the lessons. Participating teachers can select three kits per grade level per semester, with each kit including all necessary materials and customizable student worksheets.
Lessons are designed to align with the Tennessee Academic Standards for Science and have been successfully used in Davidson County classrooms since 1994.
