My career hitherto has lived at the intersection of R&D, operations, and quality management. I currently hold both a BS and MS from Virginia Tech and have conducted research projects in molecular genetics, agricultural biotechnology, economics, and near-infrared reflectance spectroscopy both in academic and industry settings. In total, I have amassed over a decade of cross-functional, interdisciplinary research experience to the VALIANT team. I look forward to leveraging my process-oriented mindset and myriad leadership, communication, analytical, and problem solving skills to streamline operations, promote collaboration, build synergy, and drive productivity within VALIANT to help innovation become reality.
