As the world of medicine continues advancing, the technology surrounding the field follows suit. My current research deals with leveraging AI to investigate how we can improve our understanding of human anatomy. Specifically, my project aims to combine clinical knowledge about the spinal cord and multiple sclerosis (MS) with statistical analysis techniques on super-resolved MRI images. With the help of cutting edge machine learning techniques, perhaps this project can provide insight into a connection between lesions and MS disease progression/severity.
