As a trainee in computational genomics, my research sits at the intersection of biology, data science, and artificial intelligence-aligning closely with VALIANT’s mission to advance AI through interdisciplinary collaboration. My current work focuses on developing machine learning models to detect complex genomic variations and interpret their functional impact on human health. By integrating large-scale sequencing data with AI-driven approaches, I aim to uncover novel patterns that can inform precision medicine. This work not only contributes to the development of robust AI tools but also demonstrates the transformative power of interdisciplinary research in addressing real-world biomedical challenges.
