I teach Image Processing, Computer Vision, Applied Statistical Machine Learning, and Intelligent Systems and Robotics. I incorporate elements of AI in each of those courses. Also the research of my most recent two PhD students involved (1) Bayes recursions on a Gaussian Process Manifold constructed from robot sensorimotor coordination data (2) Variational Autoencoder analysis of multichannel neuron recording of monkeys performing tasks followed by a recurrent net classifier applied to the VAE’s latent variables.
