Caylan Hays

Caylan Hays began working with the Unity Project in March 2022. As the Unity Project’s communications strategist, Hays manages the Project’s website, newsletter, social media accounts, graphics, and Vanderbilt News stories related to the Unity Project’s events and programming. Hays has an extensive background in communications. She graduated from Belmont University with a bachelor’s degree in public relations and songwriting, and has worked in various communications roles for MP&F Strategic Communications, Brookdale Senior Living and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Middle Tennessee prior to joining the Marketing and Communications team at Vanderbilt University.
