Farmers’ Market back on hospital plaza every Thursday through October

The Nashville Vanderbilt Farmers’ Market at Vanderbilt University Medical Center returns Thursday, June 6, and will be held every Thursday from 1:30 to 5 p.m. through Oct. 31.

Vendors will set up on the north end of the Medical Center Plaza, and among the offerings will be local meats, fruits, vegetables, dairy products, seafood, honey and flowers.

“The Nashville Farmers’ Market at Vanderbilt helps support our faculty, staff, students and visitors by providing access to fresh, local produce and other locally-made goods that promote healthy lifestyle practices,” said Emily Cox, health educator at Health Plus, who organizes the market.
