Events & Outreach

Each semester, Study Abroad offers many ways to learn about study abroad across campus, including information sessions, open houses, and information fairs. Scroll down to see what we have coming up!

Study Abroad also sends both student and staff representatives to other organizations’ events to talk about opportunities for study abroad. If you’d like us to come to your event, email us at studyabroad@vanderbilt.edu. Please submit your request at least 7 days prior to your event. You can expect a response from us within 3 business days.

Study Abroad Advising Drop-In Office Hours

Come talk to your study abroad advisors!

Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays from 2-4 PM in the Rothschild Great Room.

 

There will be extended drop-ins on: 

  • Mar 3, 9am-4pm - day before Fall/AY Deadline
  • Mar 4, 9am-4pm - Fall/AY Deadline Day 

 

There will be no drop-ins on: 

  • Feb 10, 2-4pm 
  • Mar 10, 2-4pm 
  • Mar 11, 2-4pm 
  • Mar 12, 2-4pm
