Wellbeing Champion Program

 

The Wellbeing Champion Program is now accepting applications! As a Wellbeing Champion you will play a key role in fostering a healthier, more connected, and engaging work environment. Apply by November 11th to be part of this empowering initiative.

                           

 

What is a Wellbeing Champion?

Wellbeing Champions are a diverse group of employee volunteers from across the university who act as ambassadors for the COE Health, Wellbeing and Belonging by promoting awareness, education, and engagement.

 

Roles and Responsibilities

 

Eligibility

Must be a full-time faculty or staff member. Supervisor approval is required.

 

Time Commitment

Wellbeing Champions are asked to commit to a two-year term and dedicate up to two (2) hours of work time each month.

 

Pilot Program: a sneak peak

A pilot Wellbeing Champion Program is currently in progress with a select group of 20 employee volunteers, across 13 divisions and schools, who are passionate about individual and workplace wellbeing. Their feedback and experiences will help refine the program to ensure it’s as impactful and engaging as possible.
