Amy Silvers, RN, BSN
Program Manager, Public Health Central Command Center
Amy Silvers joined Vanderbilt in 2020 as part of the University’s Covid-19 response team within the Public Health Central Command Center. Prior to becoming Program Manager, she served as a contact tracer, team leader and liaison between the PHCCC and the Metro Public Health Department. Her primary responsibilities include overseeing the immediate day to day operations of the PHCCC, providing medical guidance and assisting in the development of policies and procedures related to Covid-19. Amy was recognized with the Vanderbilt Service Champion Award in 2022 for her service during the pandemic. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Bradley University (2004).
