International Vanderbilt Chapters
Vanderbilt Chapters help Vanderbilt alumni, parents and students foster and strengthen connections with the university and each other. VU currently sponsors five international chapters:

- Japan
- Korea

Vanderbilt Travel Program
From seasoned Vanderbilt alumni travelers to those who have never taken a Vanderbilt trip before, the Vanderbilt Travel Program trips are designed to fit any lifestyle, educational travel interest and budget. Each trip pairs unique educational opportunities with the exceptional destinations for which Vanderbilt travel is known. The program includes 25 educational trips per year for alumni, parents and friends around the world. These trips often include opportunities to meet with alumni while in country.

Alumni Spotlight
Heiki Miki is a tireless supporter of Vanderbilt University and the Owen Graduate School of Management. He manages global business for Shinagawa Refractories, a leading refractory manufacturing company in Japan. Miki has been an invaluable university ambassador for 15 years, representing the university at U.S. Embassy events, recruiting prospective students and helping build awareness and connections for Vanderbilt.
He has served numerous terms on the Owen Alumni Board, and was honored with the Owen Distinguished Alumni Award in 2015.
