Master of Arts

The M.A. program is designed to enable students to explore personal interests or vocational options, to acquire a background for teaching at the secondary level, and/or to attain a foundation for further studies at the doctoral level. A thesis is required. Candidates may choose one of the following two programs:

Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Religion

The doctor of philosophy degree in religion is offered by the Department of Religion in the Graduate School. Students may be admitted to the Ph.D. program upon graduation from an accredited college with a baccalaureate degree or from an accredited seminary or graduate school with a post-baccalaureate degree.
