Student Data Access

To request access to student data, please submit one of the following forms:

Student Records Reports
Undergraduate and/or Graduate & Professional Admissions Reports
Student Financials Reports

Faculty Data Access

To request access to faculty data, please submit the following form:

Faculty Information System Reports

Send the completed form to the designated security trustee listed at the bottom of the form.

Surveys and Rankings Data Access

To view Rankings data, access a report on Tableau Server (you must have a Tableau user account):
