From Literature Analysis to Metadata Analysis: Q&A with Bonnie Griffin, International Taxonomy Analyst Indeed.com

Tuesday, February 9th at 7 PM

After completing her PhD in French Literature at Vanderbilt University in March of 2020, Bonnie Griffin accepted a position as Taxonomy Analyst for Indeed’s French market. Pursuing both academic and professional positions on the job market required her to edit resumes and CVs simultaneously, reframe graduate work as professional experience, and adapt to two different interview formats and timelines while revising a dissertation.

Now, Bonnie is eager to share her experience with other graduate students interested in pursuing a career beyond academia in the hope of demystifying the process.
