Jiaxin He is a rising junior at Vanderbilt University majoring in Computer Science and Math. She has been doing research with Professor Huo since last summer. She has implemented multi-view machine learning algorithms to associate genetic mutations with treatment response of Zika virus. She also participated Professor Huo’s skin cancer project by associating imaging, clinical and genetic data. She has full stack experience from data curation to data analysis.
