Amanda Short


Prior to attending Vanderbilt, Amanda completed her undergraduate degree in Economics from Baylor University. She primarily focused on behavioral economics with her honors thesis examining the relationship between risk aversion and punishment. Following graduation, she worked for a software company in Utah before moving to Nashville. She hopes to apply her expertise in data science to the technology field. Outside of class and work, Amanda enjoys skiing, hiking,, travelling, and trying new foods.
